What carrier companies do you use?

Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Loomis Express, Dicom and Purolator.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Chimera High Performance Auto Parts ships products throughout the World.

Will I have to sign or be there to receive my delivery?

No, you will not be required to sign for your delivery. Each of our delivery services has now put in place new processes to maintain social distancing and limit any contact. In addition, most will accept special instructions if you wish to have your items placed in a certain location around the delivery point.

How long will it take?

If you select the delivery option when you place an order, it may take 14-30 business days for your order to be delivered to your nominated address. The delivery of your order may delay if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, personal or payment details require verification for fraud prevention purposes, if product is not stocked near to your nominated address or there are other factors outside of our control. The estimated delivery date is provided to you as a guide only. Unfortunately, circumstances may change beyond our control which may lead to a delay in your order being delivered on time. Chimera High Performance Auto Parts will not accept liability for any delay in procuring the ordered goods that is beyond reasonable control. If by any chance the delivery returns back to us because of your incorrect information, or any other reason related to you then there will be a restocking fee of 20%.

Can I have my order sent to my place of work or different address?

Yes, when you place an order you will have to select that option and leave all the correct information and we will deliver to your preferred location.

How much does shipping cost me?

Standard delivery is free unless you select a quicker alternative. In this case, your delivery charges will vary depending on the size, number of parts and location your order is being delivered to.

How do I cancel my order?

Please email us immediately to avoid any extra charges. Chimera typically ships the same so the window to cancel or change your order is short. Please understand, there will be 15% cancellation fee.

Will I get a tracing number to track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking code once your order dispatched from our warehouse. You can track your order by going to our website autopartschimera.com and click on tracking your order and enter your tracking code.
