How long will a refund take?
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 working days, depending on your financial institution, after parts arrive at our location and we will immediately refund your purchase price into your account via our payment gateway or inform you of the reason for no refund being issued. Please contact us if you have not heard from our team or not received your refund within a week of the item being received by us.
How long do I have to return the part?
You have 30 days from the day you receive the part. You have to contact us via live chat, helpline or use our form at contact us and let us the know the reason for the return. Let us know if you received a different part then what you ordered or if you received a damaged part upon delivery. If you have placed the order wrong or selected the wrong part yourself then there will be a 20% restocking fee.
How do I contact CHIMERA if I receive damaged part or product?
You have 3 days to let us know if you have received a damaged part. Please take a picture and share with us via our live chat or email it to us on autopartschimera@gmail.com. If verifiable, we will send you new replacement part right away or full refund will be made to you.
What if I want to return a part that I no longer need?
If you receive a part and determine you no longer want or need that part, Chimera High Performance Auto Parts cannot accept the return of that part.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we collect sales tax in all the provinces as required by law.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes due to the inherent problems this may cause for Chimera or yourself. You will need to provide a physical shipping address to ensure you receive your order.
What to do if my tracking number shows it’s delivered and I have never received the part at my address?
Please be aware that we are not responsible for losses that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence. It is your responsibility to have someone present at time of delivery. You can contact us via our live chat, helpline or email us to find out exactly when delivery is/was scheduled to your home or place of business. If your package is left by the shipper unsigned, or signed fraudulently and ends up lost you will not be reimbursed for freight or parts. We can, however, file a lost or damage claim with the particular shipper, but their decision is solely based on their information and findings.
First, check around your property for any packages that may have been placed out of sight. Second, check with your neighbours to see if your package was accidentally delivered to their residences. If you still cannot locate the package, you will have to call the shipping company, and they should send the driver back out to your residence within 24 hours. If the driver cannot locate the package, a claim will be initiated with the shipping company. Claims take approximately 160 days to settle. We are not responsible for replacing any lost orders while your claim is processing. All replacement parts will have to be reordered until your claim is settled.
Can I exchange the part or product?
Yes, only if Chimera High Performance Auto Parts mistakenly shipped you the wrong part which was not ordered by you. If it was your mistake, then we will not do an exchange. If it was our mistake, send it back to us and we will inspect the part to ensure it is unused and untouched. If this is the case, we will send your exchange in next business day.
I damaged the part while installing can you take it back?
No, sorry we only accept returns if the part was damaged when you received it from the shipping company.
I want to return the part; will I get the 100%?
We will return 100% of your cost if the item was sent to you defective or damaged. However, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
